When something just does not feel right, that's a good starting point.

There are several topics that may play a role in a counseling or no specific issue at all. Sometimes this may lead to a feeling of: I don’t know what’s wrong, but it just does not feel right. This is reason enough to get started, since a counseling helps you identify what exactly it is that does not feel right.

  • stress and performance pressure

  • burn out

  • difficulties making job and career decisions
